Terms for the Heat-Risk Readiness Report

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to every purchase of the Heat-Risk Readiness Report on heatprotectionsolutions.com. Before checkout you tick “I accept the terms and confirm I buy for my business”, and you accept these terms again in the Stripe checkout, before you pay.

1. Who we are

The seller is Humanity Solutions · KvK 71110178 · BTW NL002466080B20 · Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague, the Netherlands. Contact: connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net.

2. Business customers only

The report is sold only to businesses and other organisations buying in the course of their business, not to consumers. The report is offered to private organisations and nonprofits; it is not offered to government bodies. At checkout you must enter your company name, billing address and a valid VAT number. We may refuse or cancel an order without a valid VAT number and refund any payment.

3. What you buy

One Heat-Risk Readiness Report for one site: a PDF generated from the answers you give in the questionnaire. It contains a score and heat-risk level, the main gaps, a finding per answer, a 30-day plan, an options checklist and an awareness checklist of employer heat duties. The report is calculated only from your answers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers.

4. Price and VAT

5. Delivery

After payment you receive an email with a download link to your report. The link is valid for 7 days. Please download and keep the PDF. If the link has expired or the email did not arrive, write to connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net and we will send a new link.

6. No right of withdrawal

Because the report is sold to businesses only, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply.

7. Problems and refunds

If the report is not delivered, cannot be opened, or does not match your answers, email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net with your order reference. We will deliver a correct report or refund the price.

8. Not professional advice

Scores sites, not people. Not engineering, legal or health advice. The report is general information based on your answers and well-known public guidance. It does not replace an assessment by a qualified engineer, occupational health service (arbodienst) or legal adviser. You decide which measures to take.

9. Liability

Our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, business interruption or damage to equipment or stock. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid).

10. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

11. Law and courts

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court in The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag).
